Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Pharmacist Coordinator and Shift Leader, primarily focusing on the planning, organization, supervision, evaluation, and documentation of qualification processes for testing personnel within an innovative pharmaceutical company. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. The coordinator will ensure strict compliance with cGMP guidelines and EHS policies, providing technical guidance to the team. A key requirement is excellent proficiency in both German (fluent) and advanced English, coupled with a completed pharmaceutical vocational training, preferably with a Master Craftsman or Technician certification (IHK).
