Job Summary

This role is centered on providing essential onsite IT support, focusing heavily on client systems, networking infrastructure, and mobile technology for a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing IMAC tasks (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for PCs, notebooks, and printers, performing network troubleshooting at the client level, and managing cabling at workstations. A key component of the role is supporting end-users with mobile devices running iOS and Android, and resolving issues related to network components like Access Points and Switches. Candidates must possess deep knowledge in networking, experience with MS 365, and practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting. You will maintain accurate documentation via a ticketing system and participate in required on-call duty. This position offers a fixed-term contract with excellent compensation and a high probability of permanent employment with the client.
