Job Summary

The Technical Landscape Owner is responsible for ensuring the high availability, stability, and operational readiness of large-scale customer landscapes, focusing on SAP technology. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining a deep understanding of the customer's technical and business interfaces, collaborating closely with the customer on planning and operations, and aligning changes with Release Management. A core function is proactive service restoration in critical situations, performing root cause analyses (RCAs) for continuous improvement, and supporting the productization of services through documentation and standardization. This role requires extensive professional experience in systems operation, excellent knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Administration, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire technology stack (Application, Database, Server management). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence for critical enterprise systems.
