Job Summary

This executive role, Head of IoT & Industrial Intelligence, places you within the Management Team, granting significant entrepreneurial freedom to strategically lead and manage a dedicated Cost Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring profitability, quality goals, and overall revenue, alongside driving the technological advancement and strategic alignment of the business area. You will be responsible for managing all customer projects, securing high customer satisfaction, expanding existing customer relationships, and acquiring new business. A core function is the leadership and development of a team of 15 employees. Furthermore, you will analyze and redesign the current IoT portfolio, build new marketable solutions for targeted market entry, and collaborate closely with market areas to identify trends and develop innovative offerings. Success requires multi-year experience in leading IT projects, Key Account Management, and steering a Profit Center, combined with profound technical knowledge in IoT and fluent German and English skills.
