Job Summary

This role involves the independent leadership and management of small to medium-sized projects focused on transportation infrastructure, general civil engineering, and drainage systems. The Project Manager is responsible for the qualitative and economic realization of projects across all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). Key daily tasks include acting as the competent and reliable contact person for clients, regulatory authorities, and planning partners, as well as supporting the acquisition of new customer contracts. The position requires a completed degree in Civil Engineering and several years of professional experience in planning, tendering, and supervising complex construction projects. Candidates must be proficient in specialized software like AutoCAD, ProVI, and Card/1, and possess strong cost awareness and fluent German language skills.
