Job Summary

This role calls for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor specializing in the upkeep and repair of complex transformer systems at the Mannheim location. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and timely execution of all maintenance and installation contracts. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, inspecting, installing, and commissioning transformer systems, managing comprehensive project lifecycles—from initial proposal creation and budget control to final customer acceptance. A key aspect of the job is coordinating specialized technical staff, documenting all work, and ensuring strict adherence to critical safety standards like DGUV V3, VDE, and DIN. We seek a candidate with a Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering and several years of experience in maintaining high-voltage electrical infrastructure, ideally within the energy sector.
