Job Summary

This role is for an experienced MEP Designer specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary systems (HKLS/TGA). Based across various locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, you will be responsible for creating detailed design and execution plans for demanding construction projects. Core duties include performing complex technical calculations, such as determining heating and cooling loads and dimensioning air ducts and pipe networks. Furthermore, you will prepare quantity take-offs and assist in drafting performance specifications. The ideal candidate holds technical vocational training, such as a State-Certified Technician or Technical System Planner, coupled with professional experience in construction design and mandatory proficiency in CAD applications like AutoCAD or MEP.
