Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Systems Engineer specializing in Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) to drive technological advancements within complex system projects. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive evaluation, detailed analysis, and the creation of precise technical specifications for EMF across all system levels, from overall systems down to specific components and assemblies. You will systematically identify and integrate relevant customer requirements, international standards, and regulations concerning EMF into the development lifecycle. A key focus will be the conception and implementation of innovative measures to optimize Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and ensure complete regulatory compliance. You will lead and actively participate in interdisciplinary design reviews and coordinate closely with various departments and external experts. Success requires a degree in Communications or High-Frequency Technology and several years of relevant professional experience in EMC/EMF within demanding system projects. The position offers an unlimited contract and significant flexibility, including the option for two days of mobile work per week.
