Job Summary

This role focuses on providing expert technical support and commissioning services for complex plant components, often involving international travel. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of service operations, including conducting thorough testing, acceptance procedures, and detailed error analysis on systems. A core part of the job involves coordinating service deployments with partner companies and providing essential training and instruction to customers and service partners, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering or automation technology, coupled with proven experience in PLC programming, specifically utilizing CoDeSys. Knowledge of bus systems and network technology is essential. You will maintain customer relationships through online monitoring and documentation. This position requires strong communication skills in both German and English to manage customer relationships, documentation, and online monitoring effectively, driving technological innovation within the company's expert team.
