Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Materials Technician looking to advance technology by supporting complex development projects for major clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control throughout the production process, focusing heavily on documentation and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer acceptance tests, monitoring incoming, intermediate, and final goods inspections, and meticulously documenting all testing results and creating inspection reports. A critical component of the job involves defining rework measures for defective components and handling customer complaints, including detailed analysis of failures. The position requires a background in materials technology or mechanical engineering and strong knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures and relevant ISO standards, coupled with excellent communication skills.
