Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Hardware Development Engineer specializing in complex development projects for the automotive industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception and development of innovative analog circuits and efficient switched-mode power supplies, alongside the design and optimization of intricate hardware modules. A core function involves rigorous validation and testing of designs using targeted measurements, ensuring reliability through systematic worst-case analyses, and managing prototype construction and commissioning for rapid evaluation. The engineer is expected to clearly communicate technical changes and modular architectures within the team and across interfaces. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, professional experience in analog and digital circuit design, and proficiency with simulation tools (like PSpice, LTSpice) and schematic design software. The position requires fluent communication skills in both German and English.
