Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality, customer-oriented support for end-users across a large corporate structure, focusing on the acceptance, evaluation, and prioritization of IT incidents and service requests. The specialist will be responsible for resolving known issues, managing ticket flow according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinating with system specialists and external service providers. Key duties include documenting solutions, maintaining the knowledge database, and offering qualified assistance regarding IT applications and systems usage. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of current PC architectures and standard corporate applications (like Microsoft Office), and excellent German and fluent, business-level English skills. The position requires a high degree of service orientation, quality awareness, and the willingness to participate in shift work and 24/7 on-call duty outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays.
