Job Summary

This role involves acting as the competent point of contact for all technical systems within the organization's service buildings, focusing heavily on operational safety and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the functionality and operational reliability of technical building security and information technology systems, such as fire alarm systems and video surveillance. The specialist will also coordinate, monitor, and document fire protection regulations and accident prevention measures, support project management and quality assurance initiatives, and advise users on the technical operation of building equipment. Key qualifications include a completed education, preferably as a Communication Electronics Technician specializing in Information Technology, and several years of proven professional experience in IT building infrastructure and data network setup. Experience with building security technology is a significant advantage, alongside strong, audience-appropriate communication skills.
