Job Summary

This role involves leading technical facility management operations at a site in Berlin, acting as the central point of contact for the client and overseeing operational management. Key responsibilities include ensuring the timely execution of maintenance and inspection work, managing warranty, defect, and damage claims, and ensuring compliance with all legal testing deadlines and requirements. The manager will also be responsible for the technical leadership and development of the local team, as well as calculating and preparing quotes for standard and project-based services. Candidates should ideally hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Facility Management, or possess a Master Craftsman or certified Technician qualification in relevant fields. Professional experience in a similar leadership position and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications are highly desirable. This full-time position offers an unlimited contract, 30 days of vacation, a company car (for private use), and comprehensive onboarding and development programs.
