Job Summary

This role involves managing complex electrical engineering construction projects, focusing primarily on power supply systems of varying scales. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and technical preparation to final acceptance and client acquisition support. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with technical and economic specifications, negotiating technical details with clients, coordinating project participants and site managers, and preparing timely bids, including defining the scope of services and clarifying lump sums and supplementary claims with the cost estimator. The ideal candidate possesses a background as a Master Electrician, Technician, or an Electrical Engineering degree, coupled with professional experience in handling power supply projects. Success in this position requires a structured, independent, and decisive working style, strong customer orientation, and a deep sense of responsibility for technical, safety, schedule, and economic outcomes.
