Job Summary

This role involves the independent development, modification, and validation of electronic components, specifically focusing on hardware within power electronics systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting component qualifications, evaluating alternative parts, and meticulously documenting BOMs, test reports, and schematics using PDM and ticketing systems. The engineer will also be responsible for adapting and assessing parameter settings in firmware, supporting firmware releases, and executing commissioning, measurements, and electronics tests on new hardware in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses advanced knowledge of power electronics and motor control, and demonstrates significant hands-on experience working independently in an electronics lab with standard measurement equipment.
