Supplier Quality Specialist | Supplier Quality (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring high quality standards within the supply chain by actively managing supplier performance and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking charge of supplier monitoring and coordinating performance improvements, particularly through the implementation of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs). You will manage the preparation and follow-up of supplier audits, oversee the administration of corrective and improvement measures for non-conforming products, and support the definition and execution of Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP), including First Article Inspections (FAI). A key requirement is a technical background, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with extensive professional experience utilizing Quality Management Systems, especially those relevant to medical device manufacturers. Success in this position requires a solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills in both German and English to negotiate quality assurance agreements and coordinate change notifications effectively.
