Job Summary

This role as a Vocational Training Coach for Business and IT involves actively supporting trainees throughout their entire vocational period, focusing on both professional development and personal growth. Key daily tasks include the planning, preparation, and delivery of core training content, utilizing both in-person and online learning methods. The coach is responsible for monitoring learning progress, imparting high-level soft skills and core competencies, and continuously engaging with new technologies and pedagogical methods. You will also manage the evaluation and realization of interdisciplinary projects and handle necessary administrative duties related to vocational training. Candidates must possess a university degree in economics (such as Business Informatics or Business Administration) or commercial vocational training combined with extensive professional experience in IT or commercial fields. Fluency in both German and English, excellent communication skills, and a structured, empathetic approach are essential for interacting effectively with young adults and driving the energy systems of the future at Siemens Energy.
