Job Summary

This role involves leading medium-sized station construction and development projects for DB InfraGO AG in Hamburg, one of Germany's largest infrastructure providers. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through acceptance (covering all HOAI phases 1-9), ensuring strict adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets. Key responsibilities include preparing and coordinating planning and construction contracts, enforcing contractor obligations through effective contract management, and organizing communication among all internal and external stakeholders, including federal authorities and local municipalities.
