This Junior Lifecycle Manager role, based in Frankfurt, offers a unique opportunity to enter the Deutsche Bahn Group via a temporary assignment. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and compliance of critical timetabling and capacity management applications. Day-to-day tasks involve meticulous document preparation and management, supporting incident and problem resolution, ensuring adherence to IT Security and Governance frameworks, and optimizing operational processes through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. You will coordinate tasks, track ToDos, and generate clear reports for the Lifecycle Management Team. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Informatics or equivalent experience, foundational knowledge of IT Service Management (ideally ITIL), and initial experience in IT administration or development. Required Skills

Education

University or Technical College Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience comparable to a degree in (Business) Informatics
  • Demonstrable knowledge of common IT Service Management processes, standards, and tools (ideally ITIL)
  • Initial experience in IT administration or IT development
  • Experience in IT Security and IT Governance (preferred)
