This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, ensuring timely and professional resolution for all internal support requests received via phone, email, or in-person. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues within Microsoft and Citrix environments, and performing the installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, applications, and drivers. A crucial component of the job is training employees on the effective use of IT systems, both remotely and on-site, alongside maintaining meticulous documentation of support tickets and processes. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Merchant, or a degree in Computer Science/IT, coupled with strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and experience utilizing standard support and ticketing systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Merchant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
