Job Summary

This role involves taking on the client representative function for infrastructure construction projects, specifically focusing on drinking water supply systems in Stuttgart-Mitte. Day-to-day responsibilities include the autonomous steering and monitoring of construction services, active project control regarding deadlines and costs, and serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders. A key focus is the coordination and supervision of all trades, spanning from creating service specifications and tenders to contract awarding, as well as contributing to the overall planning of construction projects. Candidates must possess a state-certified Technician qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, particularly in coordinating diverse subcontractors. Proficiency with technical regulations like VOB is essential, and familiarity with iTWO or AVA software is beneficial.
