Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Project Manager specializing in High-Voltage Switchgear, tasked with driving technological advancements for renowned clients. The core responsibility involves leading and managing complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes regarding results, quality standards, and adherence to deadlines. Day-to-day duties include comprehensive coordination and oversight of all internal and external resources, encompassing design, procurement, material deliveries, third-party services, construction management, assembly, and commissioning. The manager acts as the primary contact for customers and represents the company effectively. A significant part of the job involves participating in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, as well as conducting crucial negotiations with both customers and external partners. To succeed, candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, possess proven experience in project leadership, and demonstrate fluent German proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
