This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Shipbuilding to contribute to exciting projects in marine technology. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the creation of essential construction and testing documentation, meticulous maintenance of device databases, and the selection and procurement of critical electrical subassemblies. A key aspect of the job is project coordination, participating in concept development for electrical systems, and integrating these systems through close collaboration with internal and external interfaces. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) and bring several years of experience in electrical design, preferably within naval shipbuilding. Proficiency in CAD tools such as TC NX, AutoCAD, or EPlan, alongside fluent German and intermediate English skills, is essential for technical negotiations and successful system integration.
