Job Summary

This critical role involves leading and developing the electrical operational organization, specifically focusing on maintenance coordination for Airbus Aerostructures. Key daily tasks include the technical leadership and supervision of electrical personnel, organizing work procedures, and formally appointing electrical specialists (EFK, AV, EuP). The specialist is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by creating risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen) according to the Occupational Safety Act (ArbSchG). Furthermore, the role requires extensive coordination of external contractors, including defining scopes of work, selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes, and creating remediation plans. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with long-term experience in electrical systems and initial leadership experience. Fluency in both German and English, alongside proficiency in SAP PM, is mandatory.
