Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Configuration and Change Manager to work with Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen, focusing specifically on Combat & Mission systems. The primary responsibilities involve managing the full product lifecycle by executing and supporting Change and Problem Report Management processes, defining new functionalities for CM tools, and ensuring all CM deliverables are monitored and corrected. You will serve as a crucial interface, coordinating changes across key departments including Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS. A core function is maintaining compliance by reviewing and updating CM manuals and standards to meet current and future requirements. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering, profound knowledge of E2E Configuration Management, and practical experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
