Job Summary

This pivotal engineering role focuses on driving the energy transition by optimizing and digitizing processes related to renewable energy feed-in and complex grid connections (electricity and gas). The successful candidate will act as the primary technical expert for colleagues across the Lüneburg, Salzwedel, and Gardelegen locations, building and transferring internal know-how concerning digitalization, photovoltaics, and e-mobility. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing, coordinating, and improving workflows to ensure optimal realization of connections from initial inquiry to final metering. Key qualifications include a technical or industrial engineering degree and specialized knowledge of German energy regulations (EEG, EnWG) and technical standards (TAB NS, TAB MS) required for assessing complex grid connection scenarios. This position offers the chance to work at the forefront of the energy sector, utilizing an IT-affine, solution-oriented approach within a supportive team environment that promotes flexible and hybrid work models.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineer degree in a technical field or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

  • Knowledge of German energy laws (EEG and EnWG)
  • Experience evaluating technical norms and guidelines (TAB NS, TAB MS)
  • Professional experience assessing grid connection scenarios and complex metering concepts
  • Professional experience in process analysis, coordination, and improvement
