Job Summary

This is a key role for an experienced In-house IT Administrator to manage the strategic and operational requirements of the internal IT infrastructure at pds GmbH, a leading German ERP software provider for the skilled trades. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle administration, maintenance, and development of servers, networks, clients, and cloud services. Daily responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Windows and Linux systems, managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, and Atlassian suites (Jira, Confluence, JSM), and ensuring robust Identity & Access Management. A critical aspect of the role is guaranteeing system availability, enforcing IT security policies, and providing technical support (1st and 2nd level) to employees. The position involves participating in major IT projects, such as system migrations and automations, and requires close collaboration with internal teams, reporting directly to management. This role offers the potential for team leadership, flexible working arrangements, and professional development within a successful, growth-oriented company.

Completed apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist), university degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science), or comparable qualification
