Job Summary

The Identity and Access Management Architect will be crucial in establishing a sustainable and risk-appropriate IAM system for Allianz Deutschland, ensuring all access to information is securely controlled and compliant with regulatory standards like DORA/VAIT. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and implementing comprehensive IAM strategies and policies, aligning the overall IAM architecture, and selecting and integrating suitable technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) into existing IT infrastructures. The role also requires optimizing IAM processes in collaboration with international Allianz entities and ensuring strict adherence to compliance frameworks like GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess multi-year professional experience in IAM solution architecture and implementation, and demonstrate expertise in modern IAM/PAM systems and Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory).
