Job Summary

This role involves supporting quality assurance processes by monitoring critical chemical systems, specifically the pre-treatment and cathodic dip painting (KTL) plants, to maintain process quality standards. Key daily tasks include performing precise titration analyses, controlling Bariparameters, and conducting robust quality assurance tests on sheet metal according to stringent automotive standards. The technician will also be responsible for planning and documenting corrosion tests (VDA and DIN ISO), managing the organization of chemicals for pre-treatment and coating processes, and performing spot checks on finished customer products. Success in this position requires a completed vocational qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Assistant, a structured approach to analytical tasks, and strong teamwork skills. While prior laboratory experience and knowledge of surface technology are beneficial, motivated career changers interested in quality assurance are also encouraged to apply.
