Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient specialist to manage and maintain complex Windows and/or Linux environments within a 2nd Level Support framework. Key responsibilities include analyzing, resolving, and documenting technical incidents across the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. The specialist will also contribute to system planning, implementation, and optimization, working closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams. Essential qualifications include current expertise in Windows and/or Linux OS, network infrastructure knowledge, and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Office365 and MS Teams. The position involves working with modern technologies such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), automation tools (Ansible, Chef), and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). The successful candidate must possess very strong German language skills (C1 minimum) and a commitment to continuous learning and data security.
