This role involves providing specialized 2nd Level Support for complex IT infrastructure, focusing on the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical disturbances within server systems and network infrastructures, ensuring stable and efficient operations. Key tasks include collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, optimizing system performance using monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Prometheus, and implementing security policies, patches, and updates. The ideal candidate possesses current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and collaboration solutions such as Office365 and MS Teams. This position is attractive due to its involvement in planning, implementing, and developing system and network architectures, participation in projects (e.g., migrations and rollouts), and the opportunity to work with modern technologies like VMware, Ansible, and various Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
