Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to join a client in Magdeburg as a Materials Tester, specializing in critical quality assurance and non-destructive testing (NDT). Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on the inspection and evaluation of welds using a variety of established NDT methods, including Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography, and OFR procedures. A key component of the job involves meticulous documentation and assessment of test results, followed by professional discussion and consultation with the client regarding the findings. To qualify, candidates must have completed vocational training as a Materials Tester or possess a comparable technical qualification. Essential requirements include proficiency with standard PC applications, a Class B driver's license, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a conscientious and team-oriented approach. This position is particularly attractive due to the planned opportunity for permanent takeover by the client following the temporary assignment period.
