Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Systems Integrator to join a growing product support team, focusing on technical support for specialized trade partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact for partners regarding product inquiries, providing technical support, and assisting with project implementation and installations. A key part of the job involves analyzing and documenting product disturbances and collaborating closely across teams, including product development and product management, while also providing presales support. The ideal candidate must possess a background in System Integration, strong knowledge of networking and IT security, and critically, fluency in the Dutch language (minimum B2 level) to effectively communicate with partners.
