The successful candidate will independently manage all phases (1 through 9) of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), ensuring comprehensive project execution from conceptual design through construction supervision. Key qualifications include a relevant Bachelor’s, Diploma, or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience as a Construction Technician, combined with at least five years of professional experience in infrastructure planning, ideally within traffic or water management sectors.
