Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and availability of technical building equipment (TGA), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, and overall building infrastructure at the Penzberg research and production site. The successful candidate will support the operator in monitoring systems, managing disruptions (Störungsmanagement), and executing small-scale optimization projects to enhance plant efficiency. A key part of the job involves managing SAP master data for all facilities and acting as the operations engineer within larger projects. This position is ideal for a professional with a background as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in TGA, Facility Management, or HVAC operations. The role requires strong customer orientation, stakeholder management skills, and fluency in German (C1 level) to contribute to a safe, smart, and sustainable asset environment.
