Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced, flight-capable professional, such as an Electrician, Industrial Climber, or Fitter, to join a specialized flight operations team starting February 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pilots and team members during ground and air missions, ensuring the safe and compliant execution of flights across Germany. Key technical duties include the maintenance and servicing of mission equipment and the critical task of mounting fittings on power line systems. Extensive travel (typically Monday through Friday) is required. Candidates must possess a passion for aviation, excellent German and good English proficiency, and be physically and psychologically fit for flight duty. You will also handle administrative tasks such as booking hotels and transfers.
