Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Team Lead for Software Development and System Integration within the IT domain focusing on Real Estate and Administrative Management for the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, building, and managing a team of up to 10 employees, providing both disciplinary and technical guidance. Key responsibilities include steering complex IT processes, overseeing IT procedures, conducting high-level problem analysis and troubleshooting, and driving change management within the team. Candidates must possess a university degree in IT or equivalent professional experience, coupled with several years of relevant IT background and proven experience in leading teams or project groups.
