Job Summary

This role as a CRM Manager places you within the Business Intelligence Team, serving as the central authority for the company's CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of the CRM, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous development, alongside implementing process automation using tools like Microsoft Flow/Power Automate for tasks such as invoicing and ticketing. A critical component is the development and administration of the customer cockpit using PowerPages, ensuring partner banks have access to crucial data and reports. You will also drive efficiency by integrating modern AI technologies (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT). Success requires fundamental knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, proficiency in the Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Pages), database development experience, and strong conceptual skills in mapping complex business processes.
