This role involves the crucial control and monitoring of automated chemical production processes, primarily utilizing modern process control systems like Siemens. The operator is responsible for the entire manufacturing workflow, including the rigorous control, documentation, and tracking of all procedural steps. Key daily tasks include receiving and inspecting raw material deliveries, organizing the dispatch of finished products, and performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair work on plant equipment. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in chemical production (e.g., Chemical Technician) and mandatory certification as a forklift operator. Success in this position requires proven experience operating large-scale industrial facilities, familiarity with process-oriented control technology (ideally Siemens PCS 7 Batch), and a strong commitment to upholding strict quality, safety, and environmental standards.
