Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated IT and Telecommunications Service Technician to join the field service team, primarily based near Lübeck, focusing on the installation, implementation, and maintenance of critical communication platforms. Key technical areas include Open Scape SBC, Microsoft Teams, and legacy Siemens/Unify solutions (like OpenScape Voice/UC). Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing commissioning services, executing planned service and maintenance work, conducting complex problem analysis and fault resolution, and documenting all services provided to the customer. The role requires strong analytical skills, high communication ability, and a customer-service orientation. Candidates must have completed vocational training in IT or network technology, though motivated career changers are also welcome.   • Experience in commissioning, installation, and implementation of applications and platforms.
  • Professional experience in field service and customer-facing technical support.
