Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team, focusing on Information and Telecommunications Technology for major clients in the Lübeck region. This role involves the full lifecycle of technical service, including the commissioning, installation, and implementation of applications and platforms, such as OpenScape 4000 systems. Day-to-day duties include performing planned maintenance, conducting thorough problem analysis, troubleshooting complex technical failures, and documenting all services rendered in a timely and customer-focused manner. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT, network, or telecommunications fields, ideally bringing experience with Siemens/Unify products (e.g., OpenScape Business). Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities for customer conversations, and a high degree of flexibility are essential. This permanent position offers stability, development opportunities, and requires a Class B driver's license for Germany-wide travel.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in Information Technology, Network Technology, or Telecommunications.
Experience
- Professional experience in Information Technology, Network Technology, or Telecommunications (implied by required training)
- Desirable experience with Siemens/Unify products and solutions (e.g., OpenScape Business, OpenScape 4000)
- Experience in executing commissioning services and technical installations
- Experience in conducting customer conversations in a service environment
