This critical field service role involves the installation, implementation, and commissioning of telecommunications applications and platforms, specifically focusing on Open Scape SBC and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled service and maintenance, conducting thorough problem analysis, resolving technical disruptions, and developing complex workarounds to ensure customer systems remain operational and contractually compliant. The successful candidate should possess completed vocational training in IT, network, or telecommunications, ideally bringing experience with Siemens/Unify products and knowledge of configuring Anynode or Audiocodes SBC with MS Teams. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of customer orientation are essential for documenting services, managing spare parts, and independently marketing additional service offerings to clients.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or degree in Information Technology, Network Technology, or Telecommunications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in information technology, network technology, or telecommunications
  • Professional experience with Siemens/Unify products (e.g., OpenScape Voice, OpenScape SBC, OpenScape UC) (Ideally)
  • Experience configuring Anynode SBC or Audiocodes SBC with MS Team Direct Routing (Ideally)
  • Basic knowledge in network and router installations
