This role involves supporting and developing the specialized AnLei application system and related IT systems (like SAP and WinCube) for the Children, Youth, and Family department in Cologne. The Application Consultant acts as a crucial interface between IT and specialist departments, translating functional requirements into technical program functionalities and structures. Key responsibilities include system administration, quality assurance through testing, creating programming requirements for reports, and conducting user training and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in fields such as Administrative Sciences or Business Informatics and possesses strong self-management and communication skills. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Administrative Informatics, or Business Informatics (with a focus on Economics); alternatively, completion of Administrative Course II

Experience

  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of professional experience using the IT systems AnLei (especially billing tools), SAP, and Wincube
  • Professional experience in recognizing problem areas and developing solutions
  • Experience and knowledge in the area of integration assistance services
