This role seeks a Field Service Technician specializing in Open Scape Voice solutions to handle commissioning, implementation, and scheduled maintenance services primarily in the Lübeck area, with required nationwide travel readiness. Key daily responsibilities include the installation and functional verification of applications and platforms, meticulous troubleshooting, analyzing complex problems, and developing effective workarounds to ensure customer satisfaction. The technician will also manage technical documentation, process spare parts orders, and engage directly with customers to market supplementary services. Ideal candidates possess a completed vocational background in Information Technology, network technology, or telecommunications, preferably with experience in Siemens/Unify products like OpenScape Voice, OpenScape SBC, or OpenScape UC. Essential requirements include basic knowledge of network and router installations, strong analytical and communication skills, a high degree of customer focus, proficiency in MS Office, and a Class B driving license.
