Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Service Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic lawn mowers and other Smart Garden products. The technician will be responsible for conducting on-site installations, providing expert technical instruction to customers, and performing detailed fault diagnosis and repairs using modern diagnostic systems and apps. Key responsibilities also include managing appointments, processing quotes and invoices, and offering dedicated customer support, especially during the mowing season. The ideal candidate must have a technical or electronics background, such as in agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and be proficient with common operating systems and diagnostic tools.
