Job Summary

This role seeks a CAE Design Engineer to join an international automation company specializing in critical infrastructure and energy supply systems. The primary responsibilities include designing protective and maintenance cabinets for energy environments, utilizing specialized CAE software such as RUPLAN and Eplan. The engineer will be responsible for creating detailed execution documents based on customer specifications and leveraging their expertise to optimize existing documentation processes. A key aspect of the role involves conducting on-site inventory assessments at customer locations. Candidates should possess a Technician or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Energy Technology, coupled with professional experience in electrical or CAE design. Success requires proven proficiency in RUPLAN or Eplan, knowledge of relevant industry standards, and experience in switch cabinet manufacturing, coupled with a highly responsible, careful, and team-oriented work ethic.
