Key daily tasks include technical implementation of installations, complex upgrade projects, and configurations, alongside providing 2nd and 3rd-level support within Incident, Change, and Problem Management frameworks, utilizing tools like ServiceNow ITSM. The position requires a background in IT or Business Informatics, professional experience in technical application support, and strong German and good English skills.
