Job Summary
This role involves consulting public and health sector clients on digital transformation projects centered around Artificial Intelligence (AI). The consultant will analyze data landscapes, develop conceptual input-output models to solve client problems, and design impactful solutions, whether ML-based, Generative AI systems, or rule-based applications. A core focus is automating administrative processes and contributing value to the state's future viability. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on AI potential and use cases, and potentially providing hands-on support in implementing solutions within multidisciplinary teams (including Project Managers, Developers, and DevOps specialists). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, and strong knowledge of AI platform architecture and cloud infrastructure. Excellent German language skills are essential for client interaction.

Degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Data Science (Machine Learning or Generative AI)
- Application experience with data preparation, Data- and RAG-Pipelines, including unstructured data
- Knowledge of strategic decisions regarding AI platform architecture
- Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and necessary hardware
