Job Summary

This role involves managing the planning, execution, and documentation of essential drainage and wastewater infrastructure projects within the German railway network. The (Junior) Project Manager is responsible for conducting site inspections, collecting necessary data, and ensuring all activities meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements of clients, while strictly adhering to federal and state environmental legislation, including water rights. Key responsibilities include controlling and coordinating the implementation of legally mandated construction measures and inspections, managing the tendering, awarding, monitoring, and billing processes for services and construction work, and leading the project completion and documentation phases. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, possess initial experience in water management and regulatory standards (HOAI, VOB, VOL), and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with regional and cross-business project stakeholders.
